Summit Rider
Summit Rider is a side-on driving game about one machine, two pedals, and a hillside that never repeats. You pilot a suspended all-terrain buggy up a procedurally-built route — your score is the distance covered, and the run ends the moment you land on the roll cage instead of the wheels, or the tank runs dry.
The physics are simulated rather than animated: full throttle lifts the front wheel, and on a steep climb it keeps lifting, so feeding in exactly as much power as the slope will take — no more — is the whole skill. In the air, the pedals switch jobs entirely: throttle pitches the nose up, brake pitches it down, turning every jump into something you set up in advance rather than just watch happen.
Fuel is the pace clock, coins arc over the crests to refill your boost meter, and three routes — Foothills, Ridge, and Summit — each keep their own best-distance record. One machine, two pedals, no download, and hills that are never the same run twice.
